General Salon Policies
All services accompanied by a “+” indicates prices may vary and increase in certain circumstances, depending on your length, texture, and/or additional services needed to achieve your goal. All new clients will receive a complimentary consultation at the start of your appointment. You can always schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your hair goals and pricing before committing to an appointment for your service. For all returning clients, I will always have a proper consultation before we get started!

Cancellation/ No-Show/ Late Policy
Sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment! I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes. Any cancellation made within 24 hours or less may result in a cancellation fee of 25%. A 50% deposit will be required to schedule larger appointments such as keratin treatments, color corrections, and extension services. Two or more no-show appointments or last-minute cancellations will require a 50% deposit prior to scheduling your next visit, which can be applied to your total on the day of the service. If you do not show up for that service your deposit is nonrefundable.

If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, it is at my discretion to still accommodate you that day or reschedule your appointment. All guests deserve the proper time for their appointments and staying on time is an important part of that.
Color Corrections
All corrective color or major hair color changes require a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling your appointment. This is necessary to create a game plan and ensure your appointment is booked for the proper amount of time. Some corrective color services may require a 50% deposit for the appointment, which will be applied to your service total on the day services are completed. If you do not show up to a corrective color service or cancel within 24 hours or less, your deposit is nonrefundable.

Hair Extensions
All clients interested in extension services will require a complimentary consultation before booking the service. The consultation must be scheduled at least one week prior to when you intend to complete the extension installation to allow for hair extension shipment. A 50% percent deposit is required upon booking your appointment for the installation service.
